    So dinner went well with minutes to spare....these BB's held on till the very end on temp....pulled them out of the box at 195 let them rest for about 30 mins and pulled them!!     My second butt that I did, I went all the way no foil....it was a 7 pounder and took 13 hrs.....however, about 5 hrs into it I did bump the temp up to 250 and let it cook......I was proud of it!!!     Turned out great, and I am using a MES.......just set the bird on the provided shelves....this was also with no brining!!! bout 3 1/2 hours and the bird weighed almost 8#'s

    So today I dedcided to try my hand at a clucker, I did not brine but I did sprinkle it with Sticky Fingers Dry Rub and we will see how she goes!! I am about an hour out from getting her out of the smoker!!! I will post pics and results a little later!!
