    I have been on vacation for 10 days. Been in Las Vegas. I had a burger with brisket. It wasn't very good. I tend to compare my brisket to others in restaurants. Does anyone compare theres to what can be purchased in restaurants.

    As for your worries about being salty. Just don't inject it if you brine it. Been there done that.

    Disturbing News Story - Meat Allergies (God Forbid)

    My friends son has this red meat allergy. It is a allergy to the alpha gal sugar found naturally in red meat. This is a very serious allergy. Before he was diagnosed he would wake up having trouble breathing. Now he can only eat fish and poultry.

    Please let know how well it works. I have the other model. Just put simply. It sucks. It doesn't stay connected very well. If I go more than 20 ft it locks up.

    This could be the most serious thread I have read on here. I usually just lerk on here. But I have to say WHEN IN DOUBT THROW IT OUT. Food poisoning is way to dangerous to mess with. My dad knew someone who faced death because of undercooked chicken.
