Char-Griller cover question/advice/suggestions???
Auheld11 I actually went to my local Wal-Mart and picked a very nice grill cover for about $13. It may have been a clearance item but it is a very durable nylon material and is large enough to fit the CG and SFB no problem.- dejacks

Tried 3-2-1 ribs again on Sunday...
The rub turned out great. Not too spicey for the gf, just right. I was disappointed though. The meat didn't pull back the 1/4" from the bone until after the 2 part. They were really juicey and a few end bones were falling out so I opted to do the 1 hour to firm them up. I let them set for a few...- dejacks

My first smoke...pork spares!
Just wanted to post some pics from my first smoke. It turned out way better than I expected! I used Jeff's naked rib rub. I loved it, but it turned out a bit spicey for the gf. I will adjust the recipe next time. I think I may have even made some ThinBlue .I can't wait to do another smoke. Gonna... -

CG SFB damper....
Yeah maybe...I've loosened it since and it moves freely again. Guess I'll have to try it again and see if it helps.- dejacks

CG SFB damper....
Anyone with the CG experience the SFB damper getting stuck? I did my first smoke (Q-View coming soon) and shortly after realized that the damper was stuck. It moved easily and freely before I put the fire to it. Tried lightly tapping it and the tab started to bend. I don't get it...is it too...- dejacks
