Has anybody seen or heard from Chile lately? Hope all is good for him.
I sort of took his chip challenge and would like to let him view the video.
I took the test for curiosity more than as a challenge. I think he should be first to review so not posting it.
Will tell you about experience...
This morning breakfast consisted of lightly breaded sweet breads medallions, two buttermilk waffles, slathered with butter and maple syrup topped off with a fried egg.
Large glass cold milk as chaser.
Have used fridge before , no problems...figure it is safe enough around foods when it was operational so should be good after a good cleaning. Used for hot smoke as well as cold, and no health issue ever came up.
question.
How does one keep the cheese from compressing (squishing) when your stuffing them with meat into casing?
Yours looked like they still had form. Mine always seem to just blend in.
Yours look yummy.
kit
Seen some that big (wild) but never killed one. Neighbor had raised a domestic, that weighed out 565 that I killed for him and helped butcher. Both had a fat cap of 4 plus inches.
Gee it has not been down to any where near that price for a long time here. When I first found them though they where 2.79 but that has been a few years ago.
Hi...question how do you keep your cheddar from mashing when run through the stuffier? Mine seems to always smash after the first couple or so links.
I do use the high temp.
You know I would love to try out that chip. Videoing it might be a problem. Camera issue. Maybe I can talk Chili into let me try one without doing it as a challenge. I could post back here and to him on results. No recorded to prove, my report, but that is OK by me, not trying to prove...
