Looks really good! I agree on the bread and the butter. I love making butter and if there are kids around they love to get it on the action as well. They are amazed at eating something that taste so good that they made with their own hands! Pork looks fantastic and so did sandwich!
I agree with DaveOmak. I have tried using wood that was not seasoned well and produced a bitter smoke. I used that same wood months later and got excellent results. It was not crab apple it was cherry but also experienced this with pecan wood as well.
Excellent advise. I love being creative with food but the most satisfaction comes from getting the wow factor people eating the Q. I love the challenge of making great BBQ. The post here were spot on to making that happen great advice.
