Havent posted in a while...... So thought I would post up some ribs from this weekend. Wanted to try a couple different things and super happy I did!

for my 3rd real smoke i decided to try a tri tip............
tossed 3 chicken breast in to give them a try......should have pulled them out sooner....they were a lil dry, but still tasty.
picture didnt come out that great.... it was a nice med. in the center. will take it out a lil sooner...
after a huge success on some butts this weekend, i decided to try some mid week ribs.

i did a bunch of research on the web and especially here, i decided on the mes30. seemed like a great smoker for a beginner.

just got a mes30....my first smoker.
so far the only thing ive smoked was some killer mac-n-cheese ....this weekend i will be doing my first pork butt.
