I bought a plant for the very same reason...lol. I sure don't have the gonads to eat one!! I like hot peppers, but this is way too hot for me. I'm sure that by late summer I will come across some one that will try to eat one. The video will be posted.
I still have 2 or 3 deer roasts in the freezer from last winter. Never really gave it much thought about trying to smoke one until now. Mostly because I wasn't sure about how to prep it & what temp to pull it. Thanks guys for the tips. Maybe we'll have some Qview later this week. By the way...
This is my first brisket smoke. Sorry I didn't get any prep pics. Using Jeff's rub & Ronp's method. Got pecan makin the TBS. By the way, this is a 12.75 # piece of meat. This pic is after I put it in the smoker. More to come...
So, from what I am gathering from this is that you didn't have any type of shipping insurance. I really like your rig, it really seems to be built well. What are your specs on your rig, so that I can compare with what I need? Thanks for your input.
Very nice rig. I'm sure you will enjoy many good smokes on that monster. I agree on the towmotor thing. How in the world would you have unloaded without it? If ya don't mind me askin, what kinda price did it run ya?
