It started raining on me. I moved smoker into garage. I couldn't really get over 225 that's when I added more charcoal. Went 200 for about 2.5 hrs then was running out fuel didn't want to make another chimney full. Gave them about 7 mins in the side box to finish them off.

I normally always let them sit in some beer or oil. Had the wife and daughter running around and just completely forgot and went rubbing them down. Didn't know if I should add something to them but I didn't want to wash my rub off
Wondering if anyone has used blueberry juice for there meat when putting in foil. I cooked some chicken once with a blueberry ale it was delicious with the Cajun seasoning and the blueberry taste
Don't know what IMHO means but thank you. Only smoking I've ever got to do was on my old big charcoal grill by having to put everything on one side. Excited to get this going.
