    Smoked Bacon

    Cold smoked bacon...a whole case of pork belly. I have a Stumps Smoker which allowed me to put a Smoke Pistol in the intake fire box. I smoked it early spring on a cool day. That Smoke Pistol did a great job as you can see in one of the pictures.

    I love grilled or smoked tomato so I decided to stuff some with a mixture of ground beef, already browned, mixed with the guts of the tomatoes and cheese of your choice, I used cheddar. Good eatin.

    Another good one is pizza. Use BBQ sauce as the sauce, mozzarella cheese and left over brisket or pulled pork.
