    the fried ice cream was real easy actually.....i had never done it before.... but main thing...take it in steps you take a glass dish and put it in freezer to keep ice cream cold.....then you scoop out however many "balls" you want. i formed them with my hand, about the size of golf balls...

    just wanted to share some pics of my meals last week....looked pretty tasty. i made some chimichangas with fried ice cream. i know its not really smoking, i did cook the hamburger in the skillet, on the grill to get a smoky flavor....just to make it count. haha.  But they turned out wonderful...

    Hello friends

    haha.....yea. it was my first time.....and i wasnt sure about that. i cold smoked it, so it wasnt a big deal to remove. lessons learned right? lol

    so, the bacon got smoked this weekend. i also did some cheese and nuts while at it. turned out pretty good. i think i need a bigger prob belly next time. ready to get started with the AMNS nuts done.....smoked for about 3 or 4 hrs. some EVOO and cajun spices mixed in. turned out...
