    BS Breasts and my first ABTs

    I just posted the qview for the ABTs in the ABT sticky, but I can post it with the chicken right now.  Just cut a little taste off the breasts and they are amazing, great flavor and juicy, i should have put  rub on them but I wanted to try it this way first I guess.  The ABTs are great as well.

    My first ABTs

    just pulled my first ABTs from the smoker and they are very good, they are filled with cream cheese, some shredded colby jack, onion and garlic powder, and old bay seasoning.  I think I need to wrap more bacon around them to prevent the over flow of filling but they taste great.

    That looks terrifically delicious, I have not tried any beef other than a brisket, i will definitely be trying some of this.  Great looking sammie too.

    Lots of leftovers, as the kids were gone so just me and the wife to eat them.  Getting ready for a couple sammies right now.  Thanks  Sorry, it tasted great kind of a hint of the citrus from the lime beer very good flavor.
