I found this site while seeking a solution for my Masterbuilt 7 in 1. Found a lot of great ideas. I have been smoking with bullet smokers for the last 25 years. Started with a Brinkman charcoal and then moved to an electric. Been using the 7 in 1 for about 15 years? Love it it for camping...- phillipfrench
