Ok, it is done! Man, I feel better now. Got my fix! Here is a close up q-view of the pulled pork butt. It came out very juicy and tender and I splashed a lot of SoFlaQuers' finishing sauce in the mix. I'm also addicted to the finishing sauce!
Well, I am glad to have the ol' GOSM fired back up! Here is the q-view of my progress so far. Of course, I just had to have some ABT's and a fatty to keep my butt company for the first part of the smoke.
