You can get the 30" MES Digital at Sears.com for $200.99 + $22 for shipping. And if you have a coupon from sears for free shipping or some other discount it becomes even cheaper!
Hey, I just recently got my AMNS and now they have come out with the AMNPS that handles both pellets and dust! Is Todd going to be phasing out the AMNS or is he going to keep supporting it and supplying dust for it as well?
It all depends on what you are going to smoke the most!
For me:
Beef and whole turkey: mesquite or whiskey barrel oak
Pork: apple
BB Ribs and pork belly: hickory
cheeses: usually maple or cherry
chicken: pecan
and all the above: avocado, lemon or orange is good for a change.

You forgot the last, MOST IMPORTANT STEPS!!! You're suppose to cut off about 3 or 4 ribs, vac seal them and throw them in the freezer. When they are frozen completely, pack them in an insulated box with some dry ice. Then, ship them (pre-paid naturally) to me for OFFICIAL DOMAPOI TASTING &...

Yeah, I read that somewhere else in this forum as well, I think that was probably my problem. I was following a recipe in the manual and they did not mention that little needed info. As a matter of fact all they say, and I quote:
"INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix ingredients and rub onto pork butt. Cook pork...
