kwandtke, thought about doing a couple hours in the smoker to get the flavor and finish it off low and slow in the oven? that way you get the smoke, and you don't have to stay up all night watching your smoker.

I will check Todd's website, I had not even thought about him having corn cob pellets, even though I have purchased dust, and pellets from him to use in my trays, and tube.

I'm interested in corn cob smoking like Jc. I have looked for corn cob pellets, all I have been able to find is ground cob pellets used for livestock being at Tractor Supply Company, and I was not sure if this would work. Any suggestions?
You may want to search for recipes calling for picanha ( Brazillian )it is a cut of beef called sirloin cap in the U.S. It is one of my favorite cuts of meat some what tender, great flavor.
It is hard to find here with the fat cap on, I will need to look at our local Restaurant Depot.
This the results after I used "Easy BBQ" basically very similar BBQ GO. I attempted to record over night, the results was it locked up 43 minutes after I went to bed.
