I wrap in butcher paper. In a modified version of 3-2-1, I monitor them closely so I get a nice clean bite. I developed this method when I was doing some competitions.
I have 2 an RT340 and the RT1250 Both have been good grills I use the 340 most of the time when it's just me and the Mrs. The big one gets broke out for family gatherings etc. You will enjoy it.
I'm with ya, they advertise Extra Meaty Baby Back ribs here all the time. I'm sure it is because ribs are 3.99 and loin is often on sale for 1.99 - 2.49.
If you're in the midwest Bomgaars and Fareway ads both have Lumberjack pellets advertised this week. Fareway 20# $8.88 & Bomgaars 20# 8.99. That's about as good a price as I've seen in a long time.
