    Great job ! I put this one togather for my son to take to school with him this year, the thing work great, better han his team is rght now. I am putting 3 more togather right now. Good luck with it.

    I have cooked and smoked alot of meat in my time but just never got excited about pulled pork until now. Put a 8 lb Pork Shoulder on at 5 am, a slab of ribs around 8am, and 2 beer can chickens on at 1:30. I pulled the shoulder off at 2PM and put in in an ice chest to rest until I pulled the rest...

    Finally broke down and built it. The "HOG" trough, UDS

    yes sir we did. I cut right at the bottom of the first ring and took the oh hammers to it. Finally got got it hammered out and it fits pretty dang good. makes it nice to smoke up a few yard birds on a can.
