    advice on the inside of my burnout

    I stoked up my side burner until I get 500-600 degrees in the smokin area and burn it for bout 30 minutes. I do this twice. Why? I don't know. It just sounded like a good temp and time. LOL I've never had any odd smells or tastes. --ray-- (0||||0)
