Them look great Wyobraska. Awesome. Glad to help. I've also smoked pizza meat loafs. I mixed everything up like you would a meatloaf only I used italian/pizza ingredients.
When you wrap it in the plastic wrap it like that, it will help mend the sausage together. Also, if you wrap it and refrig it, it will stiffen it up some. Easier handling when putting it in the smoker.
They plastic wrap has to be taken off before you smoke it.
What's up gang. It's been awhile since I've been hangin out here. I've been working alot. I made time last weekend to clean out the ol' smoker and repaint the outside. I'm still using my old 55 that I built. Only thing I've had to do is build another fire box on the side.

Thought it was time to do some badly needed spring cleanin to my smoker. Especially on the outside. I will probably lose some friends here but... I'm goin with Browns color. Pics are comin soon. LOL --ray--
