I haven't ever tried cooking faster or cutting the butts up. I have frozen pulled pork many times and it does reheat wonderfully. I'm guessing you don't have a 100# crock pot, but defrosting in one the day of the party works great.

I'll echo whoever said that they are here for the content not the looks. I'm in a lot of forums (only one smoking forum though, this meets my smoking-expert needs thanks everyone:)) and what makes a forum great is the members not the site.

Thanks for the removal rich. I'll have to just track hours elsewhere. Any upgrade will cause a loss in functionality somewhere along the line, I know the routine.

I'm not sure what the name of the field is, but i used to use the custom text you could put under your name as an hourmeter for my chargriller. I need to update it and can't find it anywhere. The field I am talking...
I regret to report that my 20/20 basket bit the dust. After roughly 100 hours of smoking, the center got a hole in it. I tried to bend it back and most of the bottom was super brittle and broke off in my hands.
My wife finally joined the rest of us in the 30 something club. I threw her a little party. On the menu 20 lbs of pulled pork, 3 racks of spare ribs, 4 lbs of abt's and 2 lbs of stuffed shrooms.

Looks great! I used to start mine out like that, but the last few years I've gotten lazy and just buy bigger ones at planting time. Hats of to ya, good work!
