Well, not quite yet. But the Camp Chef is ready to go again!
After having a controller switch break couple weeks ago on the Camp Chef pellet, I have been depending on the griddle and propane grill for meals. Kudos to Camp Chef CS for sending a new controller. They were responsive in getting it...
Ditto ... I have zero splatter on our Blackstone.
I have used a fireproof mat under our WSM for good reason, but if left there for extended time it has discolored the area under it.
We aren't big "tailgaters", but couple things I have done if kids plan to drop in to watch the Colts are:
Grilled Stuffed Mushrooms with Jalapeno Popper Filling (a Jess Pryles recipe) and Texas Twinkies (link from a SMF post).
Some really good-looking lamb there. My mouth is watering and I am jealous. We lost our lamb supplier a couple months ago and I have yet to find one within 30 miles.
