Hello all. It's been awhile since I've posted anything. I figured ya'all was gettin tired of me posting everything that I smoked so I took a little break.
Here's a meatloaf that I'm smokin right now. Ingredients are:
3 pounds of beef
1 pound Bob Evans chub
2 cups of oven dried bread crumbs...
Hmmm, Fatty huh. I suppose I could give this one a try. Dang, the tbs is not only comin outa my smoker but now my ears from thinkin bout this one.

I stoked up my side burner until I get 500-600 degrees in the smokin area and burn it for bout 30 minutes. I do this twice. Why? I don't know. It just sounded like a good temp and time. LOL I've never had any odd smells or tastes.
