    Thanks franco.... i was just looking at another post on here talking about the GOSM which is what I am looking at purchasing...... seems that they runa bit hotter than desired on the LP... so maybe an NG conversion would be a good modification

    I wonder if this might be the answer to my question in my other post...this is the model of smoker I am looking at and I am thinking about buying one and converting it to Natural Gas... since natural gas burns at a lower temperature than Propane, then NG might be the way to go

    Well I like me some fat.... I usually add the juice to the pulled pork once its all pulled, while still hot, and stir it all up........ but thats just me, I think it helps keep the meat moist and adds some flavor... especially when microwaving it the next day.... the only downfall is when cold...

    I have noticed with my smoker, that it sometimes help to get some of the ashes out of the burn box as they smother the wood/charcoal. dunno if that will help ya or not... another thought is to get a cheap old blanket and put it over your smoker to help insulate, I have to do that when it gets...

    Just an added Idea... some may already to this, but when I make ribs using the 321 method, during the foil wrap I add some apple slices on top of the ribs in addition to some apple juice on the bottom... works pretty good
