    A-MAZE-N-SMOKER Cheese

Looks like these things are becoming quite popular and seem to work great. Contacted him but waiting for some info on it. Seems so much easier than adding chips every 10-15 minutes when cold smoking.

    Pulled Pork Garlic Sauce?

Don't have a garlic type sauce recipe but one of my favorite ways to do pulled pork is injecting with garlic juice the night before and then applying a garlic rub. Tons of garlic flavor and the only pulled pork I don't put any sauce on. Usually do a finishing sauce but not on that.

    My First Cheese (cold-smoked) Qview

Great go for your first try. Especially the marinated cheeses, you're gonna love them. Now those pink pickled mozz sticks, I don't know what to say about that except that it was an awesome idea and looks really neat

Cold smoked blackened filet mignon with smoked taters and hemp oil salad dressing

I love to cold smoke filet mignon and then cook it blackened (also known by some as Pittsburgh rare or black & blue but traditionally Pittsburgh style has no seasoning). I thawed out some steaks and also put 2 packs of instant mashed taters in with them to see how they came out, changed my mind...

BB's with raspberry chipotle bbq sauce & bonus items w/pics

Another great day of smoking from you Jim, and sounds delicious! I love raspberry chipotle sauce but it is really hard, if not rare, to find one that isn't loaded with tons of sugar and/or HFCS. Looking forward to your finished opinions.

    Smoked Pickled Egg's

Nice! I love smoked eggs but have yet to pickle them afterwards. How does the smoke flavor hold up after taking a long swim in the brine?
