I had planned on smoking some babybacks on monday,but my boss told me we are working monday .I allready have a lot to grill for sunday so no smoking for me.
I did'nt know Paprika needed to be refrigerated,thanks for the tip!And I did use table salt,that might have been why it was to salty!Thanks for the tips everyone!
I haven't tried Jeff's rib rub because I might not like it.I would have to but it and not like it.
I think I will look for some other rubs.Anyone have a simple 4-5 ingredient rub,nothing real spicy.
