    Well i just had one of the wings and man the are good. I covered them in a BBQ sauce then wehn cooking i sprinkled them with the dry rub i used onthe butts.Mmmmmm

    As of right now I have the abt's on indirect heat and they are coming along well. Also the full birds are at internal of 137 and been on for about 2 hours

    How to keep boneless/skinless thighs moist?

    Recently when I did some thighs from a 10lb bag from Walmart I brined them for 14-16 hours then i put them on the grill and put a sauce on them and they stayed moist for me. I think i have pics of them on here somewhere

    brining question

    I'm not much of an expert but when I brined some chicken I had it in the brining solution for about 14-16 hours and it seemed to be fine. All came out great. I followed the instructions from on the page here Mick

    Today my day consists of smoking 2 whole chickens beer can style and my first attempt at abt's and have some wings to do also.. I plan to do the wings and abt's on the grill.Since this is my first attempt at them is that passable? Mick

    Well so far so good. Everyone who has tried the pork loved it. I will be taking some to work tomorrow for them to try and should get good reports from there..hopefully.

    Up to 185 degrees. They are now at 200 degrees and I am wrapping them in towels now

    LOL!!We get along alot better since we divorced. We still do this as a family etc so its really weird, people think we are weird about how we act.

    Yeh I am at the ex's place. I have my smoker etc set up there. When I left my place 2 blocks away I left my crown there, so I have capt here. When the kid saw me light the thing up this morning she wanted to stay home from school and enjoy the fun of smoking.

    Put them back in the smoker, i am enjoying the sunshine and 80 degree day today. Left the crown at home so think it will be morgan today.
