    It's the molasses that makes them dark. I use it in my homemade baked been sause and brown sugar.

    Pork loin out of the fridge a little more rub then on to the smoker. After 4 hours @230* pulled at it of 145* Apple wood smoked pork loin with baked beans and corn on the cob. Very tender and juicy. Ted

    Nice job looks great!!! I agree Sota D I'm usually disappointed when I go out to dinner and order Q it's so much better at home.

    Looks good. I know it takes about 13 hours for a 7 pound butt in my MES at 230degrees. Happy smoking. Ted

    smoked cheese time.

    After resting for a day all sealed up and now comes the hard part the wait. Mr.T I did take notes and pictures I used a smoking log I found to keep track. I'll let you all know how it turned out in about 30 days.

    That was chip tray pulled completely out as well. For some reason I get a error message when I try to edit a post on my phone.
