    2nd time Spares w/ pics

    rubbed em up last night , two slabs, other not pictured, gonna run the 3-2-1 and see what I get. Anyone foil after 3, take them to the oven do the 2, then unfoil in oven for 1 ? Not sure how much fuel I have left.

    Beef Ribs today!!! w/qview...

    Those ribs look great !  , I recently had beef ribs for the first time at Jackstack here in KC. They are really meaty and good. Im on a mission now to find a good rack and throw'em in my smoker.
