    I have a Toyota Tacoma which, while not lifted, has good ground clearance and easy to slide underneath. I did purchase a shield and had a buddy help install it. I feel a little better now, but I have been reading the bad guys are also drilling gas tanks. Sigh..... It never ends....

    Am in the process of building a smoker for things like cheese and perhaps bacon and sausage. Plan is to use charcoal for heat (ya, we will see how that goes..), but smoke will be tubes or trays. Smoker is about half done: I have used a tube with pellets before, but I was curious about trays...

    Shredding Pork in a Kitchen Aid?

    Huh, never thought of that. I too like to shred by hand and clean out fat and other parts that tend to be unpalatable. It does take awhile but I think you end up with a better product. I do love the Kitchenaid mixer. They are workhorses!!!

    I have never seen my local Ralphs carry Swift products..............................until today!! Got 3 packs. They are individual packs of one rack each!! Nice. Costco only sells the packs with 3 racks. Thanks for the heads up. I will pay more attention to Ralphs now.
