    I do it so much I embarrass my wife. Even if we are traveling and I have no intension of buying anything I must cruse the meat cases to see what is there. Our local Mom and Pop chain regularly put out whole rib eyes for $3.99/lb

    If your planning on smoking at 225 and removing at 185  I'd say that's long by several hours. If 185 is your target and your plan is to eat around 1:00 or 2:00 PM I'd suggest starting around 6:00 AM at 225. I believe you should still have a couple hours to FTC Don't forget the Qview
