well i smoked some cheese like 2 weeks ago and i tryed it out sunday and it was just awful and bitter and even smelled terrible so i decided to give it another try....this time i am only smoking it for 2-1/2 hours last time was 4!. here are some pics of everything

i will not bring it out in the rain or snow or really just any bad weather....i open up the garage door and smoke in there :)...only bad thing is my wife got the heated garage and i get the one that is 10 degrees in the winter :(
i just take a wire brush and scrub it hard..and occasionally i will put it in the dishwasher and stick it on heavy wash pots and pans and that really gets it good!

I microwaved them for 1 minute for the 2nd try...I got some good pics of the white smoke pouring out and of the cheese... I will post soon its about time for my newborns bath!!
I did at first light both ends but after having so much difficulty I restarted everything and only lit one end and it was still billowing white smoke with a bitter smell
