    I used Jeff's rib rub and a store bought BBq sauce at the end.  I smoked them with rub only for 3 hours at 225 then I put sauce on them and apple juice and wrapped them for another two hours since I had a hard time getting them up to temp.  They were a hit with the family and they were sweet...

    Hello I am RaiderRon in Bakersfield, CA my neighbor gave me a small charcoal smoker 2 weeks ago and so far I smoked some pork ribs that my wife bought pre-rubbed. I used apple wood that created a great taste. No pics this time but will start on my next experiment
