When you pull your internal temp. on these stuffed fatties....does it make any difference that the probe may be into the center in the cheese and not the meat.....like a false reading when you probe a roast and are into a fat pocket......just wandered?

Does anyone smoke potatoes? At one time when I had access to a "Smokaroma" www.Smokaroma.com I seem to remember them having instructions in their manual for smoking potatoes. If your not familiar with the Smokaroma it is a commercial pressure smoker/cooker unit and they smoke just about...

I may be off, but just the same as tweeking your air/gas mixture on the feed tubes for a better and hotter burn...can't you do the same in reverse to make the flame colder ? Supposedly when you start introducing more air into the mixture and start getting yellow in your flame the cooler the...
Are you guys adding this valve in addition to a control valve you already have on the burner? If so, why? I may not be understanding the whole concept, so bear with me!!!

Definitely looks good......quite different than I have ever tried.....Think I'm going to color outside the lines myself soon.....I'm going to try sunny side up eggs...(Yah...Right!!!)

It's lunch time here....! This is almost unbearable to look at ....!!!!! Nothing light scoring a touchdown on it's 1 st smoke....Great things to come I'm sure !!! CONGRATS!!!

Never used to clean my regular grill after cooking just brushed it off with a wire brush next time. Of course the grill gets a lot hotter than the smoker.....don't think it would be a health issue, then of course if any kind of small critters (Bugs) decided to use it for a diner...then that's...
Do as we do with all our pans in Boy Scouts to help in clean up.....coat the outside of the pan (DO) with liquid hand soap......makes cleaning off that soot one heck of a lot easier......

Now let me get this straight, someone grows Paprika? I thought everyone said it was made from bell peppers......do they grow a special bell pepper that is just used for making Paprika ? Probably just a slip on words.....I tend to confuse very easily these daze ...
I've bought boxes of rib tips and have cooked them the way they suggest in the oven....but was wandering how well they take to being smoked, being so small? Would they dry out because of the time needed to make them tender? Any special method?

Man !.......Those things have got TACOS written all over them.....wonder if I could do the same with "ARACHERRA"....worth a try !!! I'm still full from supper (whole deep fried chicken in my Master Built Fryer) but this steak is starting to make me drool again...
