    I was thinking of a couple instances of raw chicken in Japan that I have seen. Tiger Meat is one I like up here when you can find it from a reliable place. Similar to tartare I think but different seasoning and finer texture. I've eaten a whole tub with crackers while ice fishing a couple of times.
