Boston butt, to foil or not to foil?

Even when I don't wrap it is not dry.  I do normally pan, mine.  The juices enhance so many  different dishes.  I don't get the bark that I like, but the home boss    likes her pulled pork softer so that is apparently how I prefer it as well. . . . . . Either way, good luck.

Well I finaly pulled the trigger

Great looking pellet pooper!  Remember to use the "continuing education" angle; and then a little sweetener of some pulled pork or smoked goods might make the boss a little more flexible on your schedule. Good luck, and enjoy the new toy.

    Jeff's ABT's

Way to go Wes!  Those look as nice as the ones in our local supermarket, that cost $7/Pound.  I always grin when I see someone pick up a package, and just keep walking.  My friends love it when I make mine, and they mysteriously have a reason to visit when the ole' smoker is going.  Boy those...

    Store and Re-Heat Pulled Pork

Never had a problem thawing out some pulled pork.  If your bags are boilable, you can place them into boiling water and re-heat, otherwise the microwave works fine too.   You can use pulled pork for almost anything.  Nachos, sandwiches, and we really enjoy stuffing it into poblano peppers with...
