    I dont poke or marinade. I just rub mine with salt and pepper. Then on to a really hot grill for a few minutes on each side. I like to hear mine mooing when I bite it.

    I got the trap set up and baited with pb&j sandwich, a hotdog, and some dog food. I figure hes been eating my dogs food since its right under that eave. All its gotta do is climb down the pecan tree and go right through the doggy door to an unlimited supply of dog chow. No wonder its so fat.

    Doing a sirloin roast the SmokyOkie way today. Rubbed it with a little Stubbs rub and coated it with black pepper. Just got done searing the roast to a blacked chunk of coal. More q-view to come. Ill let ya know how it turns out.
