i do em between 220°&250° lower temps with hard boiled eggs and olives upper with all else and like they said thin if you like krispie i like thick buckboard myself.
put your hash browns in a muffin tin take a glass and shove down in the middle to form a bowl and a little cbp then an egg and into the oven till the egg is done ½ hr or so add cheese to the top and into the smoker for a touch of apple smoke and cheese melts.

oh yea i do butts all night i just set my alarms on the et-73 and set it by me at sleepy time.
i sleep good but if something goes wrong i will know.
I do not worry about foiling until i wake up it may be 170° to 185°.
I do run a water pan on this

also mama made these bird nests hash browns in muffen pan with an egg & cheese.

ok heres a start on a R.F. off set after watching Jerod build his creation I decided its time for something for me.
being a watt burner this will be a learning project
90% of this build will be stainless maybe a pid controlled fan for temp control?

looks like an excellent first run what i like is how efficient this runs.
also looks like the smoke flows well in this design at first i had my doubts even after reading the concept of backwoods!!
