    Need a recipe for any use of a few beers.

    I like to throw a small jar of cut up banana peppers with some sauerkraut and beer in a metal bread pan on the grill.  Brown up some brats and add to the mix and let simmer a bit.

    Strange how they don't seem to be affiliated with Masterbuilt, but yet a picture of a MES 40 on the packaging!?  Great fit, I'm thinking somebody forgot to package them together!!  Canvas and seams on mine seem to be good.  Thanks Utah Smoker!

    I've always had my MES's on my wooden deck with no problems.  You just might want to put something under it to catch any drippings.

    If I"m not mistaken, which I could be, the mac juice from the mac salad recipe is the basis for the potato salad also.  Mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, vinegar, mustard, garlic salt, black pepper, onion powder, and kosher salt.  Just a thought.
