Do Pork shoulders freeze well (before cooking)
Around here we buy shoulders on sale that is already in vacuum packs ''Smithfield'' Hormel'' and I found that you just can't pack any better than that for freezing. I DO always double wrap with some shrink wrap for rough handling. No problems so far.. Hemi. -

Refrigerate homemade BBQ Sauce???
My wife beat me up last time I used alla her tupperware freezer containers. When I brew up a batch that I think is a winner I put it in quart freezer bags and stack it all in a cardboard box and freeze it like that. I just open the box and take out a quart or so and put the rest back still...- hemi

It is a very fair deal. One thing to check before buying it is to see if it is wired for 120 or 220-240 single phase power. that is what most all residences have as standard. If it is 220-240 three phase, it is cheap enough to get a 3 phase converter for it. 50-75 bucks if I remember...- hemi
