    Most, not all, smokers on this sight are smoking ribs w/ the goal of having a "slight tug" as opposed to the fall off thee bone texture.... I prefer the tug!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! cause it is better!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol that being said.... if you really want to fall off the bone...
