    Yes like al said ribs 6 hours of cook time and brisket IT at least 200 I let mine rest in a cooler for 45mins- hour

    I injected and rubbed rest for 24 hours then smoke with cherry and hickory and a little beach smoker temp started out at 190 for six hours then 225 for 10 hours mopping evey hour pulled off when IT was 195 rest for hour then pulled!

    120v works great good seal it’s to slow for me for sticks I can stuff ss and ring fast like 30# in 20 mins like my water stuffer better we do around 2000# of sausage a year!
