was going good..went to give her another spray of juice..and my temps on my smoker was that same as the outside temps!!!...damn wind blew out the damn flame...so I don't know how long it was like that...couldnt of been to long. got her back up and running again!
temp is running pretty steady...Just checked to see if chips were burning...there not.. can't really get the water pan out to get to the chips..and the side door...is useless
Hey you CHEESEHEAD!...Thanks for the advice...I decided to just spay it every hour or so..with Apple juice. Only question is...If I am spraying them...how do I keep the temp of the Juice in the spray bottle high enough..not to make the Internal temps to drop on the meat?
