was going good..went to give her another spray of juice..and my temps on my smoker was that same as the outside temps!!!...damn wind blew out the damn flame...so I don't know how long it was like that...couldnt of been to long. got her back up and running again! -

Hey you CHEESEHEAD!...Thanks for the advice...I decided to just spay it every hour or so..with Apple juice. Only question is...If I am spraying them...how do I keep the temp of the Juice in the spray bottle high enough..not to make the Internal temps to drop on the meat? -
