Well.......it didn't come out like I'd hoped.
This is what I did:
2.5 lb. beef brisket put a couple different rubs on it. Wrapped in plastic wrap and put in fridge for a couple hours. Took it out and let it sit to get to room temp for an hour. Smoked in Masterbuilt electric smoker until...
