Got these on at 0700. Smoking at 235 with apple chips. I couldn't get the pellets to stay lit. I've only had this problem with the maple pellets. Anyone have this issue?

My Bluetooth won't connect unless I'm right by my patio door (smoker sits on said patio). It doesn't go very far after that. Luckily I have a ET-733 that tells me all I need to know.

Better late then never. I pulled it and hit it with some finishing sauce. Pretty good. Not bad for my first go around on the MES AMNPS combo. Wasn't as smokey as I like it. Any ideas to remedy that? Light both ends of the maze?
