I have seen a few Lunar eclipses but only one solar eclipses. It was a little eerie. The animals were even affected. They couldn't figure what was going on. My dogs acted a little weird in a funny kind of way. Have fun viewing guys.
There will be a total eclipse of the moon in April. Information at the link below.

The food here is the best in the world. I am surprized I don't weigh a ton. We will cook most anything and I'll eat most anything. Went to the zoo the other day and below the description of the animal in the cage there was the recipe for it.
I bought my 18" WSM in 2009. The only extra piece of equipment I bought was a good thermometer and installed just below the top grate. I have great cooks with out all the extra gadgets. But it's up you.My WSM works just fine like it came out of the box.
I have used Teflon tape while working for the gas company. If you use more than one or two wraps you will not get a good seal. If the fitting is brass you do not need to use tape. Brass is a soft metal and is self sealing. The tape will not allow a proper connection to the other fitting.
I use a pair of 16" channel lock pliers to remove and dip in water to cool. Works great especially if you have one already and don't want to spend the money on welders gloves. The pliers also work great at removing hot grates.
