    I'm very interested in hearing how the higher temp smoking goes.  I usually run around 235 with my MES 40 and would love to crank it all the way up to shorten smoking time.  I can't get your temps, of course, but I would like to go higher.  Rich

    Here she is at the 3 hr mark.  IT of 106 and smoker at 240.  I've drizzled twice with the mop using the cheapo squirt bottle from Wally World.  Man, the AMNPS is the only way to fly!!!  I got about 2 1/2 hrs of beautiful TBS out of one row of pellets....I'll never load the chip tray, again!!   ...
