Nice looking fatties for sure. I tried a fattie last weekend and failed
miserably. I got it to an IT of 165*. but it fell apart. The bacon didn't
get the same color as yours, I wish it had.

I thought I'd read from an earlier post that there might "not" be electric. Strange,
but it is camping I suppose. Imagine, no electric...how are bold and rugged
outdoorsmen supposed to cope with that???? My hair doesn't just blow dry itself.

My thoughts are the same as Doug's. I can think of no reason to disallow
a dish simply because it was prepared off site.

Not Bad CK, not bad at all. I like the idea of soaking the buns in the juice,
nice touch. I think the ring is fine and maybe too much importance placed
on it. If it's juicy and tender, it's a winner...just sayin'...James
I'm going to be having a small get together at my place on Sept. 10th. Half of the
stuff I'm serving is SQWIB's recipes for moinks, the lollipops now, the mac and
