    My first Pizza and Philly Cheese Fattie with Lots of Q-Vue

    Nice looking fatties for sure. I tried a fattie last weekend and failed miserably. I got it to an IT of 165*. but it fell apart. The bacon didn't get the same color as yours, I wish it had. Good Job!!!     James

    I thought I'd read from an earlier post that there might "not" be electric. Strange, but it is camping I suppose. Imagine, no electric...how are bold and rugged outdoorsmen supposed to cope with that???? My hair doesn't just blow dry itself.

    Big Al, My thoughts are the same as Doug's. I can think of no reason to disallow a dish simply because it was prepared off site. Chili or Gumbo you say??? I say bring them with an extra large bowl for me...James

    Not Bad CK, not bad at all. I like the idea of soaking the buns in the juice, nice touch. I think the ring is fine and maybe too much importance placed on it. If it's juicy and tender, it's a winner...just sayin'...James

    Looks good from here. Your fat layer was thick...hmnn, maybe I need a better cut next time. As for the au jus container, what works...works I always say.
