I've never smoked a whole hog. But from reading on here, that's a
good sized task. You may want to give yourself more time than you
might think, 100 lbs is big.

Thanks Venture, it was a lot of work but you know...I love this new found hobby and it was so
much fun. I've been cooking for quite sometime, just not on a smoker. Once I tasted my own flavors
off the smoker and tried so many recipes given here, I am hooked.
