Smoked a bunch of stuff for my block party this weekend. A lot of work but very much worth it!

I did some ribs too, but didn't have a chance to snap any pictures.
To anyone who has made any brisket that didn't turn out as juicy as you would like, mind your temps, if you are at 225 the whole time, it should turn out great. This was my second, my first wasn't as juicy as I would have liked, but I did have some temp spikes over 260.
