    Qview coming. I have had the spare ribs on for about 45 minutes and the baby backs go on in 15 minutes. Weight differences. Using Famous Dave's rib rub and apple wood for smoke.

    The trouble I found is consistency in heat from the jalapeños. Some were nothing, others were very intense. Overall this is a must smoke dish. Prep time is high though. Set aside a good 40 minutes for the amount I made.
